We have made every effort to provide you with all the necessary comforts to make your stay at Casa Lola a truly memorable experience. Should you require further assistance during your stay in Mérida our charming English and Spanish speaking 

property managers can assist you, and for a small fee can also arrange a few grocery items for your arrival, as well as help 

with transportation, or directions to local sites.

Rates

 

Daily Rate

 

$125 USD per night - summer rate May 1 - October 14 

$165 USD per night - peak season October 15 - April 30

$275 USD per night - holiday rate

  • 3 night minimum stay required on peak season

 

Weekly Rate

 

$840 USD per week - summer rate May 1 - October 14

$1000 USD per week - peak season October 15 - April 30

$1650 USD per week - holiday rate

  • Additional $40 USD cleaning fee required on your stay

 

Deposit & Payment

 

A 50% deposit is required with the rental agreement confirmation (to be paid through Paypal or etransfer) with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.  Should you need to cancel your reservation the deposit (minus 25%) will be returned within 30 days if the property can be rented for the period cancelled. A fully refundable damage deposit of $300 USD will be due with your rental confirmation and will be returned within 8 days of your stay, less the cost of any damages and the electric bill charges from your visit.

 

Payment is accepted through Paypal and etransfer.

Additional Information

 

  • Housekeeping and pool cleaning services are included after 7 days during your stay

  • You are responsible for your electricity cost with the amount paid to the property manager in Pesos prior to departure.  Electric meter is read upon your arrival and at the time of departure.

  • Paid secured parking is available & can be arranged for you.

  • Casa Lola is non smoking

  • Not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to the depth of the pool and safety issues

  • Pets are not allowed
